Marshal Robinson, PGA /
Director of Golf

 

Marshal has over 18 years’ experience at public and private golf clubs throughout the southeast. Marshal spent 7 years at Inverness Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama as The Lead Assistant Golf Professional where he led a nationally recognized Jr. Golf Program. Prior to Inverness Country Club, Marshal spent 8 years in Nashville, Tennessee as The Lead Assistant Golf Professional at Nashville Golf & Athletic Club. Marshal is originally from Mississippi where he started his career at The Refuge Golf Course in Flowood, Mississippi. Marshal began his journey at Rock Barn Country Club and Spa as the Head Golf Professional and has been promoted to Director of Golf.


Graham Johnson, PGA
Head Golf Professional
Graham Johnson graduated from Campbell University’s Professional Golf Management program. While in school, Graham interned at Chevy Chase Club in Bethesda, Maryland; The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tennessee; and Grandfather Golf and Country Club in Linville, North Carolina. Following graduation, Graham was offered a position at Grandfather Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional where he quickly became a valued member of their team. Graham was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia and enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family.

Abbey Hartsell Abbey Hartsell, PGA Associate
Assistant Golf Professional

Abbey has been working at Rock Barn as the Assistant Golf Pro since the summer of 2019. Before her time at Rock Barn, she spent four years at Lenoir Rhyne University and played on the Women’s Golf team. Abbey is currently enrolled in the PGA PGM 3.0 program to obtain her Class A certification.
Some of her awards throughout her collegiate career include: South Atlantic Conference Freshman of the Year, SAC Player of the Year, Four-time First Team All- Conference, Second Team All-American, three-time Southeast Regional Qualifier, four individual titles, and 2018 U.S Women’s Amateur Qualifier.
