To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Having a valid form of identification is mandatory. Upon your purchase, you will be requested to produce identification to confirm your identity as the cardholder. The cardholder's in-person authorization is the only alternative signature or verification accepted. In order to process customers' cards, the cardholder must be present in person and have a valid form of identification. At the point of sale, only the cardholder can sign the receipt. 

You may see that the gratuity or facility fee is not included in the prices. You are not required to tip your service provider, spa staff, or concierge, but it is customary to do so based on your satisfaction with their service. Leaving a gratuity is greatly appreciated, though not necessary. 

To compensate for the rise in vendor fees, maintenance costs, and product expenditures, a 12% facility fee—also called an admin fee—will be added to the entire bill (excluding retail transactions).
