To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Having a valid form of identification is mandatory. Upon your purchase, you will be requested to produce identification to confirm your identity as the cardholder. The cardholder's in-person authorization is the only alternative signature or verification accepted. In order to process customers' cards, the cardholder must be present in person and have a valid form of identification. At the point of sale, only the cardholder can sign the receipt.
You may see that the gratuity or facility fee is not included in the prices. You are not required to tip your service provider, spa staff, or concierge, but it is customary to do so based on your satisfaction with their service. Leaving a gratuity is greatly appreciated, though not necessary.
A Sincere Note: A 12% facility fee is added to all services at checkout. This fee is not a gratuity. It goes directly toward maintaining the quality and care of our spa environment—including upkeep of our locker rooms, robes, sandals, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space. It also helps support ongoing improvements so we can continue offering the best possible experience to our guests.
Gratuity is not included and is always left to your discretion. If you feel your service provider has made your experience exceptional, your tip is truly appreciated—but never expected.
Thinking of Gifting a Visit? When purchasing a gift card, you're welcome to include the facility fee and/or gratuity to cover the full experience in advance. Or, you can simply choose a set amount and allow the recipient to apply it as they wish at checkout.
