Before you purchase the gift card, please remember that a deposit is required when booking. Upon booking, please inform the coordinators if you have a gift card.  You must provide a copy of the e-gift card and physical gift card upon your visit.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards can be redeemed for spa service merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash value. Gift cards do not expire for five years.

A gift card, either printed or electronic, must be provided via hard copy or shown at The Spa during checkout. Email delivery of e-gift cards can be scheduled for a future date or delivered immediately. Please be sure to check your spam folder for email confirmation after submitting. Please enter the value if selecting special packages unlisted on the e-gift card option.

• The purchaser must provide verifiable personal information to match their payment method online. 

• Using stolen or counterfeit credit cards to purchase e-gift cards is illegal and prohibited. This will be reported to law enforcement, and we will report any suspicions immediately. There is a pattern of this abuse and criminal activity, thus affecting our operations and, most importantly, the cardholder. We are here to protect all sides to the best of our ability.

• It is important to note that any individual who uses a fraudulently obtained e-gift card may be held responsible for the value of the services rendered, even if the e-gift card was provided or emailed to you as a gift.  The end user is entirely responsible for the final total and services rendered.  The user will be notified upon notification of an attempted chargeback or possible fraud on the purchase of the e-gift card online. 
• The spa has the right to seek restitution for services or goods provided with the redemption of an e-gift card obtained through fraud.
• Notification: Due to the increase in online CC fraud, we have implemented extra security measures to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and tracking.   Your CC online purchase is protected and secure for the online e-gift cards; however, we have detected an increase in the use of other credit cards without the cardholder's knowledge, and we will contact that cardholder immediately.

  We can provide all camera footage and communication processes to the authorities for all stolen CC used to purchase e-gift cards for spa services. There has been a pattern and detection for this unlawful method. 
  
  Reporting Frauds: You may report all fraudulent card activity to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/faq.

ALL GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALES AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Upon purchasing the online e-gift card or physical card, you have agreed to the terms and conditions and to the fact that all gift cards are non-refundable. 

**Due to the increase in online credit card fraud, the spa will take extra precautions for all e-gift card redemptions and use for services. If the guest uses an e-gift card for their services and there is a dispute over the e-gift card, the guest will be held accountable for the final total of services redistributed.   The spa will go to great lengths to track, notify, and inform law enforcement , providing videos, images, etc. of those attempting to use another card . We advise the original card holders of those using other credit cards from across various states to purchase online gift cards.  We encourage everyone to pay attention to their CC statement and daily charges.

Please note: Mailed gift cards purchased online will include a $5 shipping and handling fee. A gift card must be presented at The Spa during checkout. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process and ship physical gift cards. During the holiday season, USPS shipping times may be longer than usual. 

All physical gift cards will no longer be on file at the spa.  If you need a physical gift card, please purchase it at The Spa. We will not take information over the phone for physical gift cards. You may purchase e-gift cards using the link above.

Physical gift cards expire five (5)  years after purchase. According to NC law, N.C. Gen. Stat. §116B-53(c)(8), any gift certificate or electronic gift card bearing an expiration date and remaining unredeemed or dormant for more than three years after the gift certificate or electronic gift card was sold is deemed abandoned. The amount left is considered 60 percent of the unredeemed portion of the face value of the gift certificate or the electronic gift card.
