Valentine’s Day is around the corner!   Celebrate someone special with the gift of relaxation and self-care.

Spa Gift Cards are available as instant e-gift cards (emailed) or physical gift cards and may be purchased in any amount. Purchasers may choose to include the 12% facility fee and/or gratuity at the time of purchase for added convenience.

A spa gift card is a thoughtful choice for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or “just because.”
Gift cards do not expire.

Instant E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards are delivered by email immediately or may be scheduled for a future date. Please check your spam or junk folder for your purchase confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your purchase may require a brief backend verification to validate the purchaser before the e-gift card is issued. E-gift cards must go through a verified transaction before a confirmation is sent.

Physical Gift Cards

  • Purchase in person at The Spa (complimentary gift bag included)

  • PayPal purchases are mailed via standard shipping

Reservations, Deposits & Gift Cards

A reservation may be secured with either a 50% deposit or a valid gift card number for balance verification. A credit card is required on file to create a guaranteed booking. If the verified gift card balance covers the required deposit, the card on file will not be charged. Any remaining balance is due at checkout.

Buy Now, Pay Later programs (Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna) are not accepted.

Redemption & Cancellation Policy

  • Present your physical gift card or a printed/digital copy of your e-gift card at checkout.

  • Reservation deposits are eligible for a full refund when cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Important Information

  • All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Security & Guest Protection

To help protect guests and cardholders, online gift card purchases may require additional verification and may be briefly delayed to confirm purchase details. If you believe your payment information may have been used without authorization, please contact your bank or card issuer promptly and notify The Spa. You may also report suspected fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Please note: mailed gift cards purchased online will include a $6 shipping and handling fee. A gift card must be presented at The Spa during checkout. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process and ship physical gift cards. During the holiday season, USPS shipping times may be longer than usual.
